Marshall Bruce III (born 17 October 1972) ^[1] better known by his stage name Eminem is an American rap singer , record producer, songwriter and actor. Eminem soon gained popularity in 1999 by winning a Grammy Award for his major-label debut album The Slim Shady LP , which is a perfect rap album . Next album The Marshall LP became the fastest selling hip hop albumin history. ^[2] It Eminem and his record label , Shady Records popularity went up significantly and his group project D12 went to get mainstream recognition.
